House Rules for Mística Natural Jungle Bungalows Welcome to Mística Natural Jungle Bungalows! To ensure a comfortable and harmonious stay for all, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules: General Conduct: Maximum Occupancy: Each bungalow has a specific occupancy limit (4) as noted in your booking confirmation. Unauthorized guests are not permitted. No Parties or Events: To maintain the tranquility of our property, parties and events are not allowed for individual bungalow rentals. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 6 AM to respect all guests and our natural surroundings. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of others staying on the property and avoid excessive noise or disruptive behavior. Property Use: No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the bungalows or in common areas. Designated smoking areas are available; please inquire if needed. Pets: Pets are not allowed during your stay. Furniture and Fixtures: Please do not move furniture or remove any items from the property. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Trash and Recycling: Kindly separate trash and recyclables and use the bins provided. Do not leave food outside as it may attract wildlife. Kitchen Use: Clean up after using the kitchen and wash all dishes, utensils, and cookware. Pool and Outdoor Areas: Use the pools and outdoor spaces responsibly. No glassware is allowed near the pools. Children must be supervised at all times. Diving is not permitted nor safe given the depth of the pools.  Check-In and Check-Out: Check-In: Check-in is from 3 PM onward. Early check-in may be accommodated if arranged in advance. Check-Out: Check-out is by 10 AM. Please ensure the bungalow is left tidy, and all keys are returned.  Late Check-Out: Late check-outs must be pre-approved and may incur an additional fee. Liability and Damages: Damage Reporting: Accidents happen! Please report any damages immediately so we can address them promptly. Host Liability: The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. Guests assume responsibility for their own safety. Lost Items: Mística Natural is not responsible for items left behind. Please double-check your belongings before departure. Extras and Amenities: Amenity Use: Please enjoy our amenities responsibly. Ensure the grill, palapa, and other shared spaces are left clean after use. Guest Access Areas: Certain areas (e.g., Casa Grade, storage sheds, our lavanderia/wash house, and staff spaces) are off-limits to guests. Thank you for respecting these boundaries. Eco-Conscious Practices: Help us preserve the environment by turning off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use. Local-Specific Rules: Wildlife Awareness: Doors should be kept closed to prevent wildlife from entering. Please do not feed any animals. Water Conservation: Water is a precious resource in our area. Other Things to Note: The road to Mística Natural is a well-traveled route used daily by locals and visitors. An SUV is recommended during the green (rainy) season, and a 4x4 is recommended for visiting nearby beaches such as Playa Minas and Bahía Piratas during periods of heavier rain (October/November). External security cameras are installed in shared outdoor areas for property and guest safety. Mística Natural is a shared property with three private casitas and a stand alone villa. If you are not booking the entire estate, shared amenities such as the pools, palapa, gardens, and common areas are available to all guests. This is a tobacco-free property in compliance with Costa Rican law (Law 9028). We ask all guests to respect house rules to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
